Privacy Policy Details Sanyo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") requires customers to disclose information necessary for transactions and communication, such as their name, address, telephone number, and email address, when using our services. The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and handles personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information We will use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

2. Management of Personal Information We manage personal information under the following system.
1) We will establish the necessary internal systems in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and guidelines, and obtain written pledges from employees to handle personal information appropriately.

5) Provided that it does not disrupt the service, personal information will be deleted periodically after a certain period has elapsed since its receipt.
3. Regarding provision to third parties
1) In order to prevent individuals from ordering products with fraudulent intentions from using our services, we will provide order information related to transactions that we determine to have been conducted for fraudulent purposes to our information management company.
2) Except in the cases described in the preceding paragraph, we will not disclose personal information to third parties without the customer's consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases.

Note: How to verify your identity Please mail a copy of a document that proves your identity (such as a driver's license or health insurance card) to our company.
We will review the information and disclose it once it is confirmed that the person in question is indeed the person in question.
