Regarding returns and refunds
■If the return is due to an error on our part and we have the product in stock, we will promptly exchange it for the same product at our expense. Please note that if the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns after the product has been used.
■For exchanges or returns due to customer reasons, provided the product is not damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that any bank transfer fees for refunds will also be the customer's responsibility.
